7 Days 6 nights Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara wildlife safari is the Kenya best one week safari experience. You will start your safari to Amboseli for the home of African red dusting elephants and stunning views of the Kilimanjaro then drive to Lake Naivasha for the Canoe safari to watch hippos and birds surrounding the lake. Have a stop in Lake Nakuru for the great bird watching such as flamingos and pelicans and other game like the lions and giraffes. Proceed with your safari to Masai Mara National Reserve for the big five wild animals, various bird species and annual wildebeest migration.

DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

On your arrival to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our company representatives for meet and greet services. Alternatively, we can pick you up from Nairobi hotel early in the morning and then drive to Amboseli National Park. We will arrive at the camp with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for our afternoon game drive. We explore one of Kenya’s most popular tourist parks for the opportunity to see animals against the backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain- Mount Kilimanjaro. The elephants are the kings of the park, no doubt, they are fond of the swamp areas in the park, where they share the cool waters with the hippos and hide beneath the papyrus. Return to the lodge at sunset.

DAY 2: EXPLORE AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Full day spent in the Amboseli National Park for a full day game drive with picnic lunch provided. You will have unlimited game drives in the park. The snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, white and Crystalline form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya’s most spectacular displays of wildlife-lion, Elephants, leopards, rhino, cheetah, buffalo, and hosts of plain’s game creating Kenya’s most sought-after photographer’s paradise. The Park is also the home of Masai, those tall proud nomads who have learned to live in complete harmony with the wildlife that surrounds them. Back to the camp at around 16:00. Optional activity until the sunset: a visit to Masai village (at an extra cost). Return to Kibo Safari Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – LAKE NAIVASHA

Depart Amboseli after breakfast for your journey to Lake Naivasha. You will have stop at the view point of the Great Rift Valley to see its formation. Proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving at the lodge for lunch. You will have the afternoon at leisure to enjoy a short boat ride in the lake. Other activities such as birding, hippo watching, horse riding. Alternatively, you may just relax at the lodge and swim in the pool to beat the day’s heat. Dinner and overnight in Naivasha Sopa Resort.

DAY 4: LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast from the hotel, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park. Across the equator, southwards of Bogoria, lies the Rift Valley’s most famous lake, Lake Nakuru. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it is alkaline and is recognized as being one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harboring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingos, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times, there may be almost 2 million flamingos in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. You will arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.

DAY 5: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

After breakfast from the hotel, you will make your way to Masai Mara Game Reserve. We will drive via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colorful Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras and attendant predators. We will proceed and arrive at camp with enough time to settle in before lunch with a little time to relax before we head out for our afternoon game drive. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: EXPLORE MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Full day is spent in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. You will have the opportunity of spotting the BIG FIVE including lion, elephant, leopard, black rhino and buffalo. You will visit the Mara River which nearly boarders Kenya and Tanzania. You will have a chance of seeing Hippos and very large Nile Crocodiles, who lay in wait for a prey as wildebeest crosses on their annual quest to find new pastures.
Each year Masai Mara plays host to the world greatest natural spectacle, the Great Migration of wildebeest from Serengeti National Park, Tanzania To Masai Mara, Kenya. From July to October, the promise of rain and fresh life giving grass in the north brings more than 1.3 million wildebeest together into a single massive herd. They pour across the border into the Mara making a spectacular entrance in a surging column of life that stretches from horizon to horizon. At the Mara River they mass together on the banks before finally plunging forward through the raging waters, creating a frenzy as they fight against swift currents and waiting crocodiles.

DAY 7: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI

Early morning game drive at sunrise followed by breakfast at the lodge/camp. We depart Masai Mara National Reserve viewing game en-route as you exit the park with the last picturesque of Amboseli. We drive back to Nairobi arriving Nairobi in the afternoon. You will be dropped at either your hotel or airport to connect with your home bound flight depending on the arrangements where the safari ends.
